What actually happens in a discovery session?

You talk. I listen and ask annoying-good questions. In 60 minutes we untangle what you think you need vs what will actually move the needle. You leave with clarity and next steps, not a 40-slide deck nobody will open.

How much is the discovery session?

$249 for 60 minutes. That is the whole vibe: one focused hour, no bait-and-switch. If we decide to work together afterward, that fee already did the heavy lifting so we are not starting from zero.

Do you run tiny parties or only big corporate things?

I run outcomes. Sometimes that looks like an intimate launch, sometimes a room of 500. If the goal is vague ('we need an event'), we fix the strategy first. I do not do 'just hire a DJ and hope for the best'.

Are you only local or do you work remote?

Australia-wide for strategy, brand, and comms. Events depend on the brief and where bodies need to be. Ask honestly and I will tell you if I am the right human for the logistics.

How far ahead should I book you?

For events with suppliers and run sheets, the earlier the better. For brand or site work, good work still needs runway. Last-minute miracles sometimes happen, but they cost sleep. Prefer not to hero on no sleep.

What do you say no to?

Work that does not respect venue staff. Vibes that feel off. Briefs that are secretly three jobs in a trench coat. I would rather say no than deliver something that makes both of us cringe in six months.

Do you take deposits?

For bigger scopes, usually yes, so your date is locked and suppliers get paid on time. We will spell it out in writing like adults before anyone touches a run sheet.
